All garments are measured lying flat and doubled. Please remember to leave wiggle room for fit and comfort. It is recommended that you compare the measurements with a similar garment that fits you well. Any queries at all, please message us prior to purchase.

Refunds / Exchanges

All sales are considered final. Please be sure to check all measurements and ask questions before placing your order as we do not provide refunds for items that do not fit or ‘change of mind’ purchases.

Please remember that vintage clothes have been worn and loved so minor flaws / marks / wear are to be expected.

We do our very best to describe all our items accurately but if you believe something has been grossly misrepresented or a major flaw overlooked, please message us and we'll be happy to work with you.


Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 5 working days of your purchase.


We will provide a confirmation email including a tracking number for all domestic orders. Please be sure to message us with any additional shipping requests/ notes for delivery.

International Customers

Items are shipped via Standard Post. Orders generally take between 6 – 10 working days to arrive, however there is no guarantee, as each country is different.

If you would like to upgrade to a priority service or wish to add insurance please message us for rates prior to placing your order.

We do our best to make sure items arrive safely to you, but Sarah & Ludo is not responsible for lost packages and cannot offer refunds for missing items.


We are unable to mark your items as a 'gift' or declare a lower value on the customs forms. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any additional customs fees.
